Go2alps is the trademark of the Austrian incoming agency Incoming Service GmbH (ISG). ISG was founded in 2007 by Andreas Kröll and Boris Burykin in ski resort Mayrhofen in Tirol, Austria as incoming agency for Russian touroperator Ascent Travel. Currently ISG is the incoming partner in Tirol for major touroperators from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Incoming Service GmbH arranges familiarization trips to Tirol resorts for its partners - touroperators and travel agencies. The last one took place in January 2020. During this trip participants have visited Mayrhofen, Sölden, Ischgl, Innsbruck and Swarovski Crystal World.
